Get equipped with evidence-based principles how food, sleep, a busy schedule, a restless brain, screen time, sensory experiences, relationships and the general activities we choose effect the health of not just our bodies, but our brains.

If you are interested in natural strategies for managing ADHD or Autism symptoms without medication, or are curious about how else you can manage other chronic inflammation issues naturally, this class is a great opportunity to find community, and create a personalized plan that can lead to increased productivity, greater wellbeing, and less frustration and meltdowns for both you and those around you.

Group members will gain confidence in self-management as they learn how to know what to expect from themselves in regards to their capacity for paying attention and relating well to others, how to advocate for themselves as needed, and how those skills increase the likelihood of them meeting their long-term goals.
